Please be aware before you fill out this application that we adopt out bunnies to loving, indoor, FOREVER homes. Bunnies with proper care can live up to and beyond 12 years. Please consider this before filling out this application.
Before filling out this application consider if you will have time to meet the bunnies needs even if your home life becomes busy due to increased outside activities.
We believe that any new family member shouldn't be given as a present. Holidays can be stressful times so please consider this when adding a new family member to your home.
We DO NOT adopt during the Easter season, the week before, week of, or the week after Easter. This is to distance ourselves from the "Easter Bunny" During this time we team up with the Make Mine Chocolate campaign started by the Columbus House Rabbit Society and do rabbit education. Applications will be taken but we will not adopt until after Easter is over.
BEFORE YOU BUY ANY HOUSING FOR YOUR NEW PET PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO MAKE SURE IT IS SUITABLE FOR THE BUNNY YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.
Adoption Policies

Please read all our policies before filling out application
1). We do not adopt out to children. Parents must agree to be the primary caregiver; older youth will be considered a secondary caregiver.
2.) We interview all applicants for the adoption of any and all of our adoptees.
3.) Adoption fees are based on age, health, and type of adoption.
4.) All adopters must have a veterinarian, and all pets should see veterinarian within 10 days of adoption.
5.) We will take back any adoptee within the first three months, minus a percent fee.
6.) If for any reason you can't keep the bunny(s) you must contact F5RS. We will take back your adopted pet minus the adoption fee.
7). Bunnies must be inside pets, and all pets must have appropriate sized areas, preferably an x-pen.
8}. We do not adopt bunnies as classroom pets for the well being and safety of the bunny. All our pets have had a general healthcare veterinarian check-up. Adoption fees help to cover this cost.
Adoption Fees
Bunnies $80.00/one $120.00 pair. All bunnies are spayed or neutered and are house trained. All bunnies are vaccinnated against RHVD2.
All pets come without a cage. Bunnies MUST be kept inside. They are not outdoor pets.
We reserve the right to deny any adoption for any reason.
